Depression...How to handle ....it..?!

people of this country  have common problems is depression.
it should  remove so let's first know about the reason of depressions.
Reasons
1. its first reason is the sitting  at place with NO WORK
2. conflict  with friends & family
3. food make very important also
4. too much thinking for only one thing.
5. Scare for something.
6. Work pressure.
8. More expectation. Not fulfilling
9. Heat
10. repetative work / listening.
11. high decibel sound

remedies

here is some thing you can do to remove stress / depression  immediately
1. try some yoga.
2. make some thing creative with no rules.
3. music which makes you flow as per you mood.
4. if you love art than sing a song, write a song, draw some thing  , sketch it, paint it,
5. try to work with of the other than regular working righty / lefty.
6. do some exercise.
7. play the physical game.
8. do what ever you like.
9. go for journey. travel the world
10. for money problems do not worry bank is there for loans
