Article 370 right or wrong..?

Article 370

 article 370 is make connect India to Kashmir it gives state additional authority for separate constitute and separate flag.
35A define Kashmir PR, so outsider can not take property , government job, scholarship , voting.
its not remove the article 370 but addendum that state government and central government make decisions by combining both but now there is no state government so power to central government is transfer.
so article 35A is catcalled.

 Question is its right or wrong..? 

 what supporter say?
1. land prize will increase , rent of land increase so people of Kashmir get money and also get jobs by developments, as the people get job so crime is decreases.
2. terrorism decreases.
3. right to education law can get benefit by Kashmir people.
4. good for pandits so than can come back to Kashmir who left.

 what Non supporter say ?
1. No one ask to Kashmir people that what they want.  
2. internet and phone are switch off and all people got prison at home and force fully apply law its an illegal step. its an chitting by not electing
3. dictatorship of government.
4 .no debate no discussion.

 in my opinion 
its good for Kashmir but the way government done is wrong.
