2004 rana Kapoor and ashok Kapoor establish the bank.
Ashok Kapoor died and then rana Kapoor and ashok Kapoor ‘s wife got legal crisis and finally rana Kapoor got win the battle.

Reason for growth and then down
  • 1.       Give stressed company loan- yes  bank aggressively give loans to the stressed company and this value is converted in NPA
  • 2.       NPA is growing very quickly

And yes bank makes hide the NPA value from RBI when RBI closed look into the value it seem that there is 3000 crore difference is there.

If you r money is in yes bank than 80% sure that you money will be back  reason is that the government will not allow to make fail the YES bank because if it will fail than no buddy will get trust any bank and no buddy will be deposit money in bank and economy of India will go down so Government will save the YES BANK.
